CloserHire is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Greek-speaking Content Moderator for an exciting Lisbon-based project.

You will review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and local laws, while supporting a fast-paced, rotating shift schedule.

Relocation support, 14 salaries per year, accommodation, private health cover, and meal allowance are provided.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Greek.
• Good command of English (B2).
• Experience in content moderation or related area is an asset.
• Ability to handle sensitive content in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting latency/quality targets.
• Escalate content or issues per internal procedures and stay updated on moderation guidelines.
