Cbtalents in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support agent for a 6-month contract. You will handle inquiries from German-speaking customers, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely responses during local business hours.

The role offers a base salary of 1100€ paid over 14 months plus a monthly 75€ complexity bonus for 12 months, a 7.63€ daily meal allowance, health insurance from day one, and relocation support (accommodation up to 12 months if relocating).

Qualificações

• Must speak German and English.
• Customer support experience preferred.
