Fh Collective Academy in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Flemish-speaking Team Leader to guide and support a customer service team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires native or fluent Flemish and English, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a positive team culture while coordinating with other departments.

Candidates must reside in Lisbon and be available for on-site rotation shifts between 09:00 and 22:00 from Monday to Saturday.

Qualificações

• Fluent or native Flemish language required.
• Fluent or native English language required.
• Previous Team Leader / leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must currently reside in Lisbon, Portugal and be available on-site.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, Monday–Saturday.
