VML Marketing Coordinator Events in Lisbon plans and executes Microsoft's digital events, coordinating internal VML resources, Microsoft stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.

The role acts as a project manager across planning, preparation, execution and post-events activities, with a strong focus on stakeholder communication, compliance and timely delivery. A hybrid work setup in Lisbon and English fluency are required.

Qualificações

• 4+ years experience in execution of marketing initiatives and events management
• Good collaboration with client and agency stakeholders
• Strong ability to share complex information clearly

Responsabilidades

• Participate in events planning & scheduling
• Provide consultation on Event Platforms (ON24, Teams) & internal event tools
• Act as Project Manager coordinating VML and Microsoft stakeholders and third parties
• Manage post-event reporting and insights
