VML Marketing Coordinator Program is a large global community collaborating across Microsoft Marketing and agency teams in Lisbon. You will coordinate campaigns and support the local execution connected to global engines, delivering end-to-end marketing initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing execution, strong project management, and fluency in English and Dutch. Hybrid work in Lisbon, with collaboration across stakeholders and teams, offers valuable growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Ideally completed studies in marketing-related field.
• Broad understanding of marketing concepts, strategies and tactics, incl. marketing channels.
• 5+ years’ experience in execution of marketing-related initiatives.
• High level of ethics & compliance with company rules & processes.
• Proven process and project management skills & experience.
• Some experience in account management.
• Readiness to assume responsibility for track activities progress and meet critical deadlines.
• Solid skills in Microsoft tools and software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Solid command skills and ability to share often complex information in structured way.
• Comfort in dealing with client's and third-party stakeholders.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and activities, and ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks.
• A strong team player with ability to establish working relations with culturally diverse internal and external partners.
• Strong in problem solving skills and orientation to detail.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Fluent Dutch is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Planification and set-up of marketing campaigns.
• Execution and Project Management.
• Client facing and single point of contact.
• Support marketers to connect local execution to nurture streams.
• Organize cadence meetings and share documentation and actions.
• Manage marketing execution briefing.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed and issues resolved.
