FH Collective - Academy in Porto, Portugal is seeking a Compliance Control & Risk Management Team Leader to head a team focused on compliance, control and risk processes. The role combines leadership with hands-on oversight of CCRM activities, reporting to senior management, and ensuring quality outcomes in a hybrid setup.

The position requires CCRM expertise, strong French and English skills at high proficiency, and proven team leadership.

Qualificações

• Previous Team Management / Team Leader experience
• Mandatory experience with CCRM
• French: C1 or native level (B2 may be considered if you are very comfortable using French professionally)
• English: C1 or native level
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
• Must already be based in Porto

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support a team working within Compliance Control and Risk Management.
• Help ensure the team's activities run smoothly, support team performance and contribute to effective compliance, control and risk management processes.
