Cronos Europa Portugal, the Lisbon delivery centre of Cronos Europa and part of the Cronos Group, delivers global IT services and customer care initiatives from Lisbon. The Senior IT Programme Manager will lead cross‑market rollouts and coordinate deployment across markets in a nearshore delivery model.

You will drive governance, readiness, and adoption of global standards, overseeing risk and stakeholder alignment while working on-site in Lisbon with regular collaboration with teams in Europe.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in IT project management.
• 3+ years leading multi-market or international rollouts.
• Senior-level programme management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive rollout planning and execution across markets.
• Coordinate end-to-end deployments from planning to go-live and stabilisation.
• Plan cutovers with live operations to minimize disruption.
• Track progress, milestones, and delivery commitments.
