CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit German-speaking AI Content Moderators for an innovative AI-powered e-commerce project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll review AI-dubbed videos to ensure they meet quality standards, community guidelines, and regional policies, contributing to a safe and trusted experience for millions of users worldwide.

This is a full-time position operating on a 24/7 rotating schedule (Monday to Sunday), with relocation

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Good command of English (B2 or above).
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, quality assurance, or analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good understanding of German language nuances and culture context.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy.
• Identify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material.
• Verify content complies with regional regulations and market-specific standards.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teams.
• Accurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation procedures.

Join an international team helping improve the quality and safety of AI-generated video content. In this role, you’ll review AI-dubbed videos to ensure they meet quality standards, community guidelines, and regional policies, contributing to a safe and trusted experience for millions of users worldwide. This is a full-time position operating on a 24/7 rotating schedule (Monday to Sunday), with two rotational days off.

Your Role

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy
• Identify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material
• Verify that content complies with regional regulations and market-specific standards
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teams
• Accurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case records
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling high volumes of content
• Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation procedures
• Handle confidential and potentially sensitive content with professionalism and discretion

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in German
• Good command of English (B2 level or above)
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, quality assurance, or analytical roles is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Good understanding of German language nuances and cultural context
• Knowledge of online platforms, digital content, or e-commerce environments is desirable
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage high workloads
• Professional, resilient, and comfortable handling sensitive content

Relocation

Accomodation for candidates outside of Portugal - Room in company apartment in Lisbon for 12 months for a fixed cost of 280EUR, deducted from salary. Inside Portugal - only available if candidates are coming directly from a competitor Health Insurance since day 1 for small amount, free after 6 months
