CloserHire is seeking Dutch-speaking AI Content Moderators for a global customer experience project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review AI-dubbed videos to ensure compliance with platform policies, regional guidelines, and quality standards, contributing to a safe user experience across markets.

The role operates on a full-time, 24/7 rotating schedule, with two days off in rotation. Relocation support is available for international candidates, and a comprehensive benefits package is

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Dutch.
• Good command of English (B2 level or above).
• Experience in content moderation, trust & safety, QA, or analytical roles is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and objective decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high workloads.
• Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated dubbed video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Evaluate flagged content and make objective moderation decisions based on internal guidelines.
• Assess translation quality, cultural relevance, and content accuracy.
• Identify policy violations, including misleading content, hate speech, harassment, and other prohibited material.
• Verify that content complies with regional regulations and market-specific standards.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to specialized internal teams.
• Accurately document moderation decisions and maintain detailed case records.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy targets while handling high volumes of content.
• Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation procedures.
• Handle confidential and potentially sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
