MG Motor Portugal is seeking an Accountant to provide accounting support to the Finance Manager in Lisbon. You will learn the Portuguese accounting system and assist with invoices, AP/AR, reconciliations, and master data maintenance, among other duties.

The role requires 2 years of Portuguese work experience, fluency in English, and proficiency with MS Office. Primavera experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Full time Portuguese work experience in the similar positions at least 2 years.
• Primavera user level is preferred.
• Familiar with the Portuguese accounting and taxation system.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Fluent in English skills (oral and written).
• Able to work under pressure and on different tasks in parallel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support in preparing and processing invoices
• AP and AR Accounting
• Account Reconciliations
• Customer AR Follow up
• Customer & Vendor Master Data Maintenance
• Bank reconciliations
• Internal and External Audit Support
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Other related accounting tasks
