Wire IT in Portugal seeks a Junior Access Management Analyst to join a growing, international team. Hybrid role based in Lisbon, focusing on IAM basics and access governance.

You will work with Windows and Linux, SAP access, VMware, Azure/AWS, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow, developing hands-on experience in access control and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Access Management, IAM, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and access governance.
• Familiarity with SAP user access administration is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of VMware or other virtualization technologies.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and teamwork.

Role: Junior Access Management Analyst

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon Portugal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
• Up to 2 years of experience in IT Operations, Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or a similar role
• Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and access governance
