Job summary

mgm in Porto is seeking a Linux Administrator (2nd/3rd level) to support and advance our Linux-based infrastructure. You will handle ticketed issues, monitor systems, and contribute to automation with Ansible, strengthening security and reliability across our environments.

The role requires an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or similar, 1–2 years of Linux admin experience, solid Ubuntu knowledge, Bash scripting, and familiarity with Keycloak for authentication; English

Qualifications

Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable.
1–2 years of professional experience administering Linux server environments.
Solid knowledge of Linux distributions (especially Ubuntu).
Good knowledge of Bash and Ansible.
Basic knowledge of network ranges.
Experience with KVM virtualization desirable.
Very good English skills.

Responsibilities

Support for projects in the Linux area (2nd and 3rd level via ticket system).
Further development and monitoring of the existing Linux environment.
Development, expansion and maintenance of an automation solution based on Ansible.
Continuous improvement of internal system security.
Support for the internal authentication solution based on Keycloak.
Internal user support.
