INSCALE is seeking a Scrum Master in Lisbon to lead high-performing development teams on our digital initiatives. You will guide Agile practices, help shape team identity, and ensure onboarding of new colleagues.

The role requires 3+ years as a Scrum Master, knowledge of SAFe, strong communication in English, and collaboration with DevOps. It offers a competitive gross monthly salary in the 3.5k–4.5k EUR range and a dynamic international environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile principles such as Kanban and Scrum.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience working with DevOps teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices and help the team achieve higher levels of maturity, and take charge of leading and guiding the efforts of Team Members
• Take active responsibility for the development of Team Members, establishing realistic but challenging goals
• Actively manage performance by promoting regular performance reviews for Team Members
• Ensure that all project work is reviewed and meets quality & accuracy requirements
• Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of new development teams
• Facilitate communication and information exchange between teams
• Suggest new ways of working and suggest areas of improvements that can make the team more efficient
• Encourage continuous integration and automation
• Encourage focus on value creation
• Encourage focus on QA and attention to detail
• Ensuring that team members are aligned and in agreement of development practices inside the team and that these are in accordance with overall STARK IT guidelines and culture code
