Essity is seeking a Lead Identity Governance & Administration Engineer to advance its Enterprise IAM/IGA capabilities. You will drive lifecycle management, access governance, and Saviynt-driven governance across our global environment.

Join a security-focused team within a multinational company and shape identity strategies, integrations, and compliance efforts while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing and operating enterprise-scale IAM/IGA in global environments.
• Hands-on Saviynt experience is highly valued.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise Identity Governance initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Act as Saviynt platform expert for configuration, optimization and governance.
• Design integrations between identity solutions and HR, directories, cloud apps.
• Drive access governance, certifications, role management and entitlement control.
• Improve joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes across the organization.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance through identity controls.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Infrastructure, HR, and owners.
