Solvay is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management professional to lead end-to-end IAM/IGA initiatives in a hybrid Portugal-based role. The candidate will own lifecycle provisioning, access controls, and policy enforcement while coordinating with IT and security teams.

A minimum of 8 years in IAM/IGA is required, with CISSP/CIAM/CISM certifications preferred. The role offers a permanent contract with hybrid work arrangements and a base pay range of €48,400–€60,500 per year, plus a

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end identity lifecycle management, provisioning and access governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated IAM workflows and processes.
• Lead application onboarding by integrating new systems into the IGA platform.
• Ensure IAM processes meet GDPR, HIPAA, SOX and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, security and business teams to align IAM strategy.
