Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is seeking an IAM Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding of applications to the IGA tool. You will coordinate global stakeholders, manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables across multiple teams, ensuring governance and timely risk mitigation.

The role requires 10+ years in IT project leadership, expertise in IAM/IGA, and hands-on experience with SailPoint/Saviynt. A strong reporting culture and scheduling discipline are essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years leading large IT projects (global)
• 5+ years hands-on IAM/IGA solutions
• Strong governance and reporting skills
• Experience with IAM onboarding, entitlement certs and segregation of duties
• PowerBI/Tableau for KPI dashboards

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute end-to-end project plan for onboarding applications to the IGA tool.
• Define, monitor and escalate/report progress and status of reconciliation compliance.
• Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within constraints.
• Lead governance meetings, risk/issue reviews and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide technical guidance on IAM concepts and provisioning workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and security/compliance groups.
• Escalate blockers to senior leadership with mitigations; produce dashboards and KPI reports.
