DataSmart in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end Salesforce solutions in a hybrid work model. The role requires translating complex business needs into scalable technical architecture and maintaining integrations across internal and external systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, and strong knowledge of data privacy compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Experience with Cross-Source Identity Linking and identity resolution approaches.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent management, and data privacy best practices.
• Experience with secure data access, PII protection, and real-time event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions following best practices.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Produce functional and technical documentation.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.
• Define and review test cases to ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Ensure high standards of performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
