IRIUM Portugal is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to own end-to-end design, development, and testing within Salesforce, based in Lisbon with a hybrid schedule.

You will write documentation, implement integrations, and mentor a team of developers using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Git, SFDX, and CI/CD, ensuring cross-browser rendering with JavaScript/HTML. English at B2+ required; two days in Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
• Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office).

Responsabilidades

We are currently looking for Lead Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain
• Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications
• Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards
• Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope
• Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes
• Defining and reviewing test cases

Must-Have Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations
• Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing
• Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD
• Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers

Nice to Have

• Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Work Model

• 2 days per week in the office (Lisbon)
• 3 days at home

Work Schedule

At Accenture, we work under two different schedules. This work schedule provides 12 additional Compensation Days in addition to the normal holiday days. These are fixed days during national holiday periods:

• 5 days between Christmas and New Year's Eve
• 5 days during Easter
• 2 days during Carnival

Winter Schedule

From October to May – 8 months | 43 hours/week

• Monday to Thursday: 09h - 19h (9 hours/day)
• Friday: 09h - 17h (7 hours/day)

Summer Schedule

From June to September – 4 months | 39 hours/week

• Monday to Thursday: 09h - 18h (8 hours/day)
• Friday: 09h - 17h (7 hours/day)
