ITDS in Lisbon is seeking an Expert Project Manager – Industrialization & Digital Transformation to lead strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and standardize digital infrastructure across industrial operations.

You will drive CI/CD, API gateway, AI integrations, data anonymization, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in English and French, 8+ years of PM experience, and EU work rights are required.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in industrial automation or digital transformation.
• Experience leading complex tech initiatives (CI/CD, APIs, AI integrations).
• Strong leadership and coordination of diverse teams in fast-paced settings.
• Fluent English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards.

As an Expert Project Manager – Industrialization & Digital Transformation, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in technological innovation. You will drive strategic initiatives to streamline industrial processes, enhance integration, and establish standardization across critical digital infrastructure. Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional development teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with strategic goals
• Support the team leader in establishing new industrialization areas and transverse initiatives
• Oversee the industrialization of CI/CD pipelines, API Gateway implementation, and governance standards
• Manage development and standardization of transversal assets to optimize efficiency
• Lead integration and deployment of AI4Tech solutions to enhance operational intelligence
• Ensure data anonymization processes comply with industry standards and regulations
• Orchestrate project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication for maximum impact

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, ideally within industrial automation, digital transformation, or related fields
• Proven expertise in managing complex technological initiatives such as CI/CD pipelines, API gateways, and AI integrations
• Strong leadership abilities and experience coordinating diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English and French (fluent level)
• Knowledge of data privacy, anonymization techniques, and compliance standards

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, or API management tools
