Job summary

Milestone-Technologie is leading a critical LMS transformation project, migrating from SumTotal LMS to SAP SuccessFactors Learning. The Lead Product Analyst will coordinate between business stakeholders, product owners, and implementation partners to ensure curricula, training content, and learner data transition smoothly into the future-state platform.

The role requires deep LMS expertise, strong communication, and experience in regulated environments with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise LMS implementations or migrations.
• Strong requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Experience working with HR, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to analyze data, support migration activities, and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand current LMS processes and requirements.
• Coordinate current-state and future-state assessments for training curricula and compliance programs.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and product requirements supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Develop business process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Quality.
• Support migration planning, data mapping, validation, and testing activities.
