Job summary

Bosch Aveiro is seeking a Lead Development Engineer to drive hydraulic systems for residential heat pumps. You will lead a cross-functional team across Europe, translating customer needs into robust component specifications and delivering high-performance solutions.

The role requires a strong background in hydraulics, thermodynamics, and project management, with collaboration across product management, quality, and manufacturing to ensure successful development and market introduction.

Qualifications

University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
7 years of professional experience in product development or R&D.
Solid technical expertise in hydronic components and heat pump technology.

Responsibilities

Technical ownership of hydraulic systems and components in heat pump appliances.
Coordinate with interfaces across Europe to translate requirements into robust solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and risk management.
Develop, maintain and release engineering deliverables and specifications.
Support product certification, testing and production ramp-up.
