Mastercard is seeking a Lead Data Scientist for the NBM Program Performance in Lisbon. You will build a repeatable analytics framework, develop dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights for governance and leadership.

The role requires strong BI skills, experience with Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Python, and the ability to work across global teams to quantify ecosystem benefits and harms.

Formación

• Significant analytics and BI experience in payments, fraud, risk or network operations.
• Ability to build executive dashboards and translate data into decisions.
• Strong quantitative skills and data governance understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain an analytics framework for the NBM program.
• Create dashboards showing TPE performance, harm, and stakeholder benefits.
• Provide monthly/quarterly/annual program insights for governance.
• Perform root-cause, trend, and scenario analyses to explain changes.
