Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Lisbon is seeking a Lead Data Scientist for the NBM program to translate complex data into strategic decisions. You will build and maintain dashboards, measure ecosystem harms, and quantify benefits for stakeholders across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and cardholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience building executive dashboards and translating complex datasets into insights.
• Strong quantitative skills including metric design, trend analysis, and segmentation.
• Ability to work across global teams and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a repeatable analytics framework for the NBM program.
• Build dashboards showing TPE performance, harms, and stakeholder benefits.
• Translate operational, financial, and fraud data into actionable guidance for governance.
• Collaborate with global teams to validate data sources and assumptions.
