Nordea Asset Management is seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to design and build the enterprise data foundation. You will own the data architecture, model core data products in Snowflake and dbt, and collaborate with domain teams to ensure scalable, governed data delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, governance embedding, and partnerships with technology groups. A hybrid office model is expected with significant on-site onboarding in Oeiras.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or data modelling roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing modern cloud-based data platforms.
• Demonstrated success in defining architectural standards across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the target data architecture for NAM, including domain boundaries and data product interfaces.
• Design and hands-on build core data models and data products in Snowflake and dbt.
• Drive architectural decisions with clear alternatives and recommendations.
• Define and maintain reference architectures, design principles, and architecture decision records.
