Reltio, Inc. in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to drive backend development and lead feature delivery across cross-functional teams. You will contribute to a cloud-native SaaS MDM platform, shaping scalable distributed data systems and ensuring robust testing and documentation.

You will mentor junior engineers, review code, and collaborate with architects, QA, and PMs to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in enterprise application design and development.
• 2+ years backend applications development.
• Proven ability to deliver solutions, engage with customers.
• 1+ years building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Cloud Technology.
• Strong Java knowledge (Java 8 and above).
• Provide Technical mentorship and leadership to junior team members.
• Hands-on, comfortable reviewing and writing code.
• Solid CS foundation with algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
• Experience in performance optimisations and code profiling.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Tech leads and architects, Kanban master, QA and PM to deliver high-quality work.
• Provide good code coverage in unit and integration testing.
• Be ready for every day technical decisions.
• Professional communication with other cross-functional team representatives.
• Be ready for sustenance in areas under engineer's responsibility.
