Siemens Energy is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer to analyze and evolve our products, aligning with current and future needs while driving data-driven insights. You will collaborate with the product team to define KPIs, communicate architecture, and translate requirements into actionable solutions.

In this global role, you’ll develop reusable components and reference architectures, applying analytics best practices to drive business impact and product adoption across the fleet.

Qualificações

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Extensive hands-on experience collaborating with product teams including product management, engineering, design, data science, and data engineering.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate results effectively.
• Experience in product optimization, including funnel/website optimization and outbound communications like email or push notifications.
• Proven expertise in Python and AWS CDK; familiarity with other languages and frameworks is a plus.
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
