Qualificações

• End-user devices across Windows, Android, iOS platforms.
• Linux/Windows server infrastructures and Active Directory expertise.
• SQL Server and IIS-based web applications proficiency.
• AI/LLM concepts including deployment, integration, MLOps and lifecycle management.
• Networking and cloud deployments on AWS and Azure.
• PKI, CIS security constraints, and NATO directives knowledge.
• Microsoft services familiarity (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• COTS deployment and client-server app management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and user-guidance abilities.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tickets.
