Siemens GBS is seeking a Knowledge-to-AI Consultant to transform fragmented business knowledge into structured, reusable assets. You will lead discovery with SMEs, capture knowledge, and identify AI and automation opportunities across processes and domains.

You will collaborate with ontology specialists and AI teams to ensure governance and semantic readiness, delivering actionable recommendations to executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, knowledge management, process mining, or AI enablement.
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Strong understanding of business processes across people, systems, and organizational boundaries.
• Understanding of ontology, semantic technologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs, metadata management, or information architecture concepts.
• Experience identifying process inefficiencies, pain points, improvement opportunities, and automation potential.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery engagements to understand how work is performed and capture knowledge artifacts.
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI-driven transformation and automation.
• Coordinate between business stakeholders, ontology engineers, and AI teams.
• Define semantic concepts and business vocabulary with domain experts.
• Prepare knowledge governance and quality frameworks for knowledge assets.
• Present findings and roadmaps to management and executives.
