YOUR ROLE

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements related to customer data, segmentation, and loyalty program features.
• Support the configuration and testing of Salesforce Data Cloud and Loyalty Management functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate data mapping and integration between Salesforce and external systems.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for loyalty program enhancements.
• Help maintain dashboards and reports to monitor loyalty program performance and customer engagement.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback on system functionality and user experience.
• Support data quality initiatives and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
• Stay informed on Salesforce releases and new features relevant to Data Cloud and Loyalty.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Data Cloud and Loyalty Management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
