Job summary

InnoWave in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Junior Salesforce Consultant to kick off your consulting career in telecoms and digital services. You'll join an ambitious team, learn Salesforce through a structured training path with hands-on coaching and certification support.

You'll develop Salesforce Communications Cloud skills, design OmniScripts and DataRaptors, and collaborate across Agile teams while using Jira, Git, and SDLC practices to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• 0–2 years of IT or software engineering experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals: algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient in JavaScript, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modelling.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprints).
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Genuine interest in Salesforce and a consulting career path.

Responsibilities

• Start your consulting career working with Salesforce in telco and digital services environments.
• Follow a structured Salesforce training path with hands‑on coaching and certification support.
• Develop skills in Salesforce Communications Cloud (OmniStudio fundamentals to project‑ready level).
• Design and build OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors following best practices.
• Support Order Management configurations, including product catalog, cart, and order orchestration.
• Contribute to Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), participating in refinement, estimation, development, and demos.
• Work with modern engineering tools and practices (Jira, Git, code reviews, SDLC).
• Write technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and QA teams to deliver value to clients.
