Dorel Juvenile Europe is seeking a Junior RGM Analyst to support revenue growth management by transforming sales, pricing and margin data into strategic recommendations. You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to drive revenue optimization initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication in English, with a hybrid work arrangement and 40-hour weeks.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance analysis, preferably within a business environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding analytical skills, agility and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Problem solving and results-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
