Job summary

act digital is seeking a Junior Data & Risk Developer to join a team delivering data-driven risk solutions in a quantitative finance setting. The role focuses on building and maintaining rating engines, data processing workflows, and risk systems.

You will work with Python, SQL, Linux, and DevOps practices while collaborating with engineers and analysts to grow technical skills and contribute to business-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative field.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Python 3.
• Experience with SQL data extraction, filtering, and joins.
• Basic familiarity with Linux environments and command line usage.
• Understanding of Git and version-control concepts.
• Strong willingness to learn and evolve technically.
