Aubay Portugal is seeking a Junior Project Manager to act as a specialized point of contact during SIBS service integration with external clients, coordinating agile project execution and client communications. You will support testing activities, manage client projects as liaison between client and SIBS, and help mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Fluent Portuguese and English are required, and experience with Shopify/PrestaShop or WooCommerce is

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

What will you do?

• Act as the specialized point of contact for technical implementation during SIBS service integration with external clients, analyzing functional and technical documentation.
• Support client testing activities, analyzing detected errors and assisting with resolution based on functional and technical product documentation.
• Manage client projects by serving as the primary liaison between the client and SIBS, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients, managing expectations, resolving issues, and providing solutions proactively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and conflicts, proactively communicating potential challenges to all involved stakeholders.
