Claranet is looking for a Junior Power BI Consultant to join our Talent Team in Cascais on a hybrid arrangement. You will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, creating reports and dashboards with Power BI to support data-driven decisions.

You will work with SQL/NoSQL databases, participate in Agile processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions. This role offers professional development and training opportunities within a dynamic, modern tech

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional BI or data analytics experience.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• At least 1 year of experience with BI architectures and creating reports/dashboards.
• Knowledge of data security concepts and data access management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.

Right now, we are looking for a Junior Power BI Consultant for a client on our Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions;
• Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI;
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes;
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data quality and consistency;
• Assist in the implementation of data access controls and security best practices;
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions;
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You must have:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles;
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL);
• At least 1 year of experience with Business Intelligence architectures;
• At least 1 year of experience creating and analyzing reports and dashboards;
• Knowledge of data security concepts and data access management;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
