Noesis in Lisbon is seeking an entry-level observability/DevOps trainee to assist in implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions, dashboards, alerts, and reports.

You will work with Dynatrace (nice to have), Datadog, Grafana and PRTG, support production issues, document setups, and collaborate with development and operations teams in CI/CD pipelines. The role suits recent graduates or trainees eager to learn and grow in observability practices.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Entry-level experience (internship, trainee, or up to 1–2 years) in monitoring/observability.
• Familiarity with monitoring concepts: metrics, logs, alerts.
• Familiarity with at least one monitoring tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG).

Profile

Technical Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (plus).
• Entry-level experience (internship, trainee, or up to 1–2 years) in monitoring, observability, DevOps, or IT operations.
• Basic understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, monitoring, alerts).
• Familiarity with at least one monitoring/observability tool (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar).
• Basic knowledge of cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Interest in software development and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Undertanding of development tools.
