Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. in Évora seeks a Quality Analyst to join its GDM Hub and work with global centers and cross‑functional partners to enhance measurement systems and drive process excellence from development through production.

No prior professional experience is required; recent graduates or those with up to 1 year in dimensional metrology are welcome. You will engage with CAD tools, GD&T knowledge, and metrology equipment to support measurements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related technical field.
• No professional experience required; suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in dimensional metrology.
• Knowledge of CAD software (e.g. Creo or similar) is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T and GPS.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of English and Portuguese.
• Additional languages (French or German) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and motivation for continuous technical learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NPD, Sustaining Tooling, and Tool Builders to improve FAI and PPAP measurements using measurement systems and software.
• Aid in defining measurement strategies and analysis of point cloud/CT data, preparing Measurement Reports.
• Support automation initiatives for Model‑Based Definition and PPAP simplification, organizing data from FAI reports.
• Assist PE and Suppliers in using measurement reports and digital viewer files for results evaluation and tool correction activities.
• Operate and program digital metrology equipment (CMM, 3D scanner, among others).
