Siemens Mobility Portugal is seeking an Innovation Junior Project Manager to lead innovation projects from inception to completion. You will drive development cycles, craft compelling business cases, and collaborate with customers to define requirements and ROI.

The role emphasizes leading execution, maintaining documentation, and ensuring project success with stakeholders across the organization. Ideal candidates hold a technical degree and strong AI tool proficiency, including Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and quality in daily office work (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools to design, prototype, and implement small software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate innovation leads.
• Develop compelling business cases for potential leads.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand innovation requirements and ROI.
• Prioritize and sort the different innovation leads.
• Present innovation leads in management meetings to gain alignment and support.
• Engage with stakeholders to drive project success.
• Lead project execution of qualified innovation projects in cooperation with the Siemens team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and online information.
