Syone in Lisbon is looking for IT Infrastructure Support professionals to assist in migration projects and day-to-day system administration. You will work with Linux/Windows Server, VMware and KVM, and contribute to documentation and automation in a dynamic migration environment.

Ideal candidates bring basic exposure to virtualization, networking, and storage, plus strong troubleshooting and willingness to learn as you rotate through shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Initial experience or academic background in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Virtualisation or a related area.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server.
• Basic understanding of VMware, KVM and networking.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a technical migration environment.
• Portuguese and English.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Support infrastructure and virtualization migration projects.
• Assist with VMware and KVM environments.
• Support Linux and Windows Server troubleshooting.
• Assist with basic networking and storage tasks.
• Support automation and repetitive tasks using scripting tools.
• Follow technical procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Work closely with senior engineers and technical teams.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including occasional evenings, nights and weekends.
