Alongside is seeking a Junior Fullstack Developer to grow in a modern, AI-driven environment in Porto. You will work across frontend and backend using React, Next.js and Node.js, with a focus on learning AI-powered workflows.

Join a mentorship-centered team, collaborate with product and design, and explore AI tools, automation, and agentic workflows. IEFP internship eligibility and good English are required.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
• Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases.
• Eligibility for IEFP Professional Internship.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance).
• Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations.
• Good English.

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment.

This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows - someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js;
• Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js;
• Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements;
• Collaborate with product and design teams;
• Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows;
• Support the creation of automations and AI - assisted solutions.
