much. Consulting, a fast-growing European Odoo Gold Partner, seeks an Odoo Consultant to join its International Business Unit in Portugal. You will lead ERP projects, translate business requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with clients and our engineering team.

You should have 2–4 years in IT/ERP or management consulting, a relevant degree, and fluent English (C2) plus Spanish. Expect a steep learning curve and real day-one responsibility.

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related analytical field.
• 2–4 years in IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management.
• Fluent English and Spanish, strong communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects and sub-projects within large IT transformations.
• Analyze architectures and design automated, future-proof business processes.
• Provide feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to guide development.
• Prepare pitches and lead workshops for C-level stakeholders.
• Bridge client needs with engineering through clear specs.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert or grow into a generalist track.

• Architect the Future: Analyse complex IT architectures and design sleek, automated, and future-proof business processes.
• Drive Business Value: Deliver feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses that guide development and secure project success.
• Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high-impact workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Expert Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a focused field, or scale your impact as a generalist on the management track.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor‑sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2 or native level of English and Spanish.
