We are looking for an ERP Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP projects within our International Business Unit and translate business needs into technical specs, while guiding workshops for C-level executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• 2-4 years of hands-on IT/ERP, management consulting, or project management experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong analytical mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ERP projects and sub-projects within large IT transformations.
• Analyze IT architectures and design automated business processes.
• Provide feasibility, risk, and ROI analyses to guide development and ensure project success.
• Prepare pitch decks and lead workshops for C-level decision-makers.
• Bridge the gap between clients and engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert or grow into a management-track leader.

• Consult & Advise: Prepare compelling pitch decks and lead high‑impact workshops for C-level decision‑makers.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the vital link between our clients and our engineering team, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Expert Leadership: Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in a focused field, or scale your impact as a generalist on the management track.

Requirements

Who You Are

• The Foundation: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
• The Experience: 2-4 years of hands‑on experience in IT/ERP, Management Consulting, or Project Management.
• The Mindset: A razor‑sharp analytical mind. You grasp complex systems at lightning speed and possess a genuine passion for tackling challenging tasks.
• The Communicator: You are a highly committed team player with C2 or native level of English and Spanish.
