Crossjoin Solutions invites applications for a Junior DevSecOps role. You will join a structured training program to gain hands-on experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

Ideal candidates have a degree in CS, English communication skills, and a passion for technology. No prior professional experience is required, and opportunities to learn Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and related tools are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• No professional experience required.
• Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, or Python/scripting.
• Good communication skills, resilience, and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to write and speak in English.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in the development, deployment, and operation of DevSecOps environments.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
• Support in automating system provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and security hardening.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance delivery, performance, and security.
• Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of system or infrastructure issues.
• Document your work and share knowledge within the team.

Nice to have

• Hands‑on experience with DevOps technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/Docker, Terraform, or similar.
• Cybersecurity expertise or specialization.
• Cloud experience or certifications (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP welcomed).
• Recent exposure to DevOps projects using:
  • Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools.
  • CI/CD or GitOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, FluxCD, ArgoCD, etc.).
  • Kubernetes and containerization.
