You will work with Linux, Docker, cloud basics (AWS/Azure/GCP), and monitoring tools to keep services reliable. Collaboration in Agile teams and ongoing training are core parts of the job.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in IT/DevOps roles.
• Experience with Linux systems and CLIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of incident management and deployment processes.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Kanban environments.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day monitoring and operation of production systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents following established procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations with mentorship and escalation support.
• Maintain monitoring dashboards, alerting rules, and observability.
• Contribute to deployments and configuration updates.
• Document runbooks and operational procedures.
• Support platform reliability and operational efficiency.
