Job summary

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) seeks a data administrator to manage CRM/master data for prospects and clients in Matosinhos. You will collect information, perform quality controls, and maintain data accuracy across systems.

You will act as a CRM liaison to business stakeholders, identify data issues, and drive cleansing activities using dashboards, while following internal procedures and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with CRM database experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data quality mindset.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain prospects/clients data in the Entity/Engagement Management master data systems.
• Collect information from internal/external sources and perform quality controls before input.
• Serve as a point of contact for business stakeholders regarding CRM.
• Identify data issues and report them to the Team Leader.
• Conduct data cleansing based on Data Quality dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures, quality and risk controls.
• Participate in service improvement initiatives aligned with company goals.

Who We Are

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team operates as an acceleration centre supporting PwC Luxembourg’s clients. Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg’s operations and addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably.

PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specialising in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Be a Part Of Our Team Where You Will

• Be in charge of creation, maintenance of all our prospects/clients data in our Entity/Engagement Management master data systems;
• Collect information (with the support of external and internal sources/databases) and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems;
• Be a point of contact for our business stakeholders regarding CRM matters;
• Identify new cases of data issues and report them to the Team Leader;
• Conduct specific data cleansing activities based on Data Quality dashboards;
• Ensure respect of internal procedures, quality and risk management controls in our processes;
• Participate to implementation of service improvement initiatives in line with company objectives and Lines of Services needs.

• You hold a Bachelor degree ideally completed by a relevant experience with a CRM database;
• You are organised, and demonstrate analytical skills with an attention to details;
• You are committed to deliver high quality and timely service to your internal clients;
• You have deep understanding of Audit/Tax/Advisory Business Cycle;
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in French will be considered an asset.
