Job summary

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) seeks a proactive professional to support the client relationship process from start to finish. You will assist Partners and Managers, input client data, and ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining process integrity.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience, and excellent MS Office skills. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; French is an asset for international work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management assistance or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar function, ideally international and dynamic.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, work autonomously and be team spirited.
• Great writing skills and synthetic mind.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners, Directors and Managers on processes and ensure deliverables’ quality and procedure checks.
• Ensure the engagement cycle is correctly performed and client data is inputted into systems.
• Support the business on Compliance steps for opportunities.
• Update and ensure data quality of assignments, including Work Breakdown Structures and roll-forwards codes.
• Initiate contract management by assisting with Engagement Letters and standard contracts.

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg. Our growing team operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg’s clients. Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg’s operations and addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably.

PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

Be a part of our team of solvers where you will (specific responsibilities include but are not limited to):

• Assist key stakeholders such as Partners, Directors and Managers on different processes (follow-up on clients, projects, mission or offers) and is in charge of all deliverables’ quality and process check on documents (assistance in typing, guidelines, check of consistency of information);
• Ensure the engagement cycle is correctly performed and client data is accurately inputted in the systems;
• Accountable to execute or support the business on the Compliance steps for the opportunity;
• Update and ensure data quality of assignments, including creation of Work Breakdown Structure and roll-forwards codes;
• Initiate the contract management process by assisting with Engagement Letters and contracts from standard templates.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar function, ideally in an international and dynamic environment;
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office;
