Job summary

PwC Services Portugal is seeking a Junior Data Quality Officer to manage and improve CRM data across the Entity/Engagement Management master data systems. You will collect information from internal and external sources and perform quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency.

You will act as a point of contact for business stakeholders on CRM matters, identify data quality issues, and carry out data cleansing based on Data Quality dashboards, while upholding internal procedures and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with CRM experience preferred.
• Organized with strong analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, timely internal service.
• Understanding of Audit/Tax/Advisory Business Cycle.
• Fluent in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain prospects/clients data in master data systems.

Junior Data Quality Officer

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) is a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, serving as an integral extension of PwC Luxembourg's clients. Our growing team operates as an acceleration center supporting PwC Luxembourg’s clients. PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

• Be in charge of creation, maintenance of all our prospects/clients data in our Entity/Engagement Management master data systems;
• Collect information (with the support of external and internal sources/databases) and perform all necessary quality controls prior to input in our systems;
• Be a point of contact for our business stakeholders regarding CRM matters;
• Identify new cases of data issues and report them to the Team Leader;
• Conduct specific data cleansing activities based on Data Quality dashboards;
• Ensure respect of internal procedures, quality and risk management controls in our processes;
• Participate to implementation of service improvement initiatives in line with company objectives and Lines of Services needs.

• You hold a Bachelor degree ideally completed by a relevant experience with a CRM database;
• You are organized, and demonstrate analytical skills with an attention to details;
• You are committed to deliver high quality and timely service to your internal clients;
• You have deep understanding of Audit/Tax/Advisory Business Cycle;
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in French will be considered an asset.
