Crossjoin Solutions is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to join a structured training program and gain hands-on experience in building data pipelines and data integration across platforms.

You will participate in activities such as data modeling, data contracts, data mapping, and data imports/exports. Excellent communication and a passion for technology are essential for success in a collaborative, global team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• No professional experience required.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python/scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and optimize data pipelines using cloud-based data solutions and integration across platforms such as data lakes and CRM/marketing systems.
• Conduct data modeling, create and manage data contracts, perform data mapping, and handle data imports/exports.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure data solutions meet technical and business requirements.
• Support data governance and maintain high standards for data quality and integrity.
• Contribute to project completion and transition into business-as-usual operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize data pipelines using cloud-based data solutions and integration across platforms such as data lakes and CRM/marketing systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science

• No professional experience needed

• Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Javascript, or Python/scripting

• Good communication skills, resilience, and a goal‑oriented mindset

• Passion for technology and embracing challenges

• Ability to write and speak in English

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms

• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake

• Knowledge of data transformation tools (e.g., DBT)
