Job summary

Delnext in Portugal is seeking a Junior Business Strategy & Projects Specialist to support planning, execution, and closing of strategic initiatives. You will report to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-level executives and liaise with department heads to produce data-driven insights for strategic planning.

This on-site role is based in Cacém – Sintra with one remote workday per week, in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close strategic initiatives in coordination with Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-level executives.
• Liaise with department heads to align initiatives with business goals.
• Produce data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision making.
• Track timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects stay on track.
