Delnext is seeking a Junior Strategic Project Manager to collaborate with department heads and C-suite leaders, driving strategic initiatives from initiation through closure. You will develop data-driven insights and help resolve cross-departmental challenges while managing timelines and resources.

The role offers exposure to senior decision-making, opportunities for progression, and a competitive compensation package. On-site in Cacém – Sintra with one remote day per week.

Qualificações

• Strong academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically and address complex business challenges.
• Leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing several projects at the same time.
