Job summary

Delnext is seeking a Strategic Project Manager in Portugal to lead and deliver key strategic initiatives across departments. The role reports to C-suite executives and collaborates with external consultants and stakeholders to drive organizational objectives.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while generating data-driven insights and aligning efforts with the company's strategy. The position offers on-site work in Cacém – Sintra with one remote day per week and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategy, consultancy, project management, or business strategy.
• Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex problems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Leadership skills and the ability to work across functions and independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, and resolve critical issues affecting the company across departments.
• Supervise the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects.
